SCENARIO 1 - Everything that wasn't wanted was left in the home. Seller asked us to remove everything, give an opinion on what needed to get done, and get the home ready for showings. We cleared it out, painted where needed, fixed lights in kitchen, cleaned and did minimal staging as per owner's budget:

SCENARIO 2: Sellers had small children still in school and were going to live in the home until closing. Sellers wanted advice on what needed to get done and wanted us to stage the home using mostly their items. We had the home decluttered, cleaned, painted where needed, kitchen backsplash installed, kitchen cabinets and wood floors polished and staged the home.

SCENARIO 3: Sellers gave us a budget and asked for us to use it in the best way possible for the house to sell quickly and for a great price. We painted the entire home, installed new carpet upstairs and on steps, new kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances and spruced up powder room. We also had the home cleaned and did minimal staging.
